GRAND CHEF Motooka Hiroyuki San from Osaka, Japan, shows the delicacy of the best SUSHI and SASHIMI in town over 30 years.

He combines his love for tradition together with his innovative skills to offer you a world class sushi experience.
He’s using the finest sustainable ingredients available, mainly from Antwerp, combined with Tokyo cuisine.

With a touch of the family’s secret ingredients in the rice and in the sauces, prepared from first-class ingredients, we hope that our menu will be a first choice for you.

We also serve various of traditional Japanese Cuisine dishes such as the culinary hot-pot of Japan the most famous in Oshaka and also the home of the Kansai-style of Okonomi-yaki (Japanese Pizza).
